Generally, the safe option is to ensure you have a place to move into before you sell the place you live in. Our settlement duration provides ample opportunity for you to purchase your next owner-occupied house or investment prior to settlement. |

In early 2024 many suburbs are down 8% compared this with those predictions of 12 mths ago. We do not like to speculate and only suggest a pragmatic approach such as commencing looking for your next property shortly after the sale and to only make your purchase after you have spent enough time to inform yourself on the market options available to you. |
